The SEQR Draft Scoping Documents for the Eden Solar I project at 2394 West Church St and Eden Solar II project at 2027 Eden Evans Center Rd are ready for review. The completed Scope will serve as the outline for what will be studied in the subsequent Environmental Impact Statement, prepared by the applicant. The documents can be found online at www.edenny.gov/residents-resources or in the Eden Town Clerk’s office. Public comments can be emailed to Marlene at admin@edenny.gov. Comments will be open till January 31, 2025.
