The HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) Outreach team will be at the Eden Town Hall on Monday, December 2nd, 2024 to answer questions about the program and accept, clean, and tune applications for eligible homeowners. Please note that there will not be applications printed and available onsite. You must bring your application (completed to the best of your ability) along with two forms of ID, pay stubs from the past 30 days, and a copy of your heating bill.
