OPEN MEETINGS LAW NOTICE
TOWN OF EDEN, NEW YORK

PURSUANT TO THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Special Meeting of the Eden Town Board, to be held at the Eden Town Hall, 2795 East Church Street, Eden, New York at 7:00 PM on the 5^th Day of June, 2024 at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board. The purpose of said meeting is to discuss a coordinated review of the SEQR for the proposed solar projects 2394 West Church Street and 2027 Eden Evans Center Road located in the Town of Eden.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

             Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Eden Town Board in the Eden Town Hall, 2795 East Church Street, Eden, New York on the 12th day of June, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. Local Time, for the purpose of considering Proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2024 imposing a 6 month moratorium on the issuance of applications and the granting of permits or approvals for the siting and operation of New York State licensed adult-use cannabis retail dispensaries and on-site consumption sites in order to allow for the consideration and possible adoption of appropriate amendments to existing laws or regulations pertaining to such uses in the Town of Eden. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
