PURSUANT TO THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Special Meeting of the Eden Town Board, to be held at the Eden Town Hall, 2795 East Church Street, Eden, New York at 6:00 AM on the 12^th Day of September, 2025. The purpose of said meeting is to discuss proposed local law 9-2025 which, if approved, would Amend the Procurement Policy being Chapter 38 of the Eden Town Code.
