Thank you for submitting an application for small claims in the Town of Eden. Please mail proper fee (money order or certified check) or drop off in-person (money order, certified check, or exact cash). No personal checks will be accepted. The claim amount for $1 - $1,000 is $10.00 and the claim amount for $1,001 to $3,000 is $15.00.
