The Town of Eden is looking to fill the position of Dog Control Officer (DCO). The DCO is responsible for dog/injured wildlife complaints within the Towns of Eden and North Collins. The DCO will be responsible for maintaining records as required by New York State and will enforce the provisions of the New York Agriculture and Markets Law pertaining to dog control, with the power of a peace officer. Candidate must posses a valid New York State Driver’s license. This position is considered part-time, as needed and always on-call.
